The next time you have a question you can contact me directly and I'll get back to you within a day. :) As for your question:  following the video, after loading a V4 - your next step is to double-click "Create Perfect V4", not the "Inject All". Be sure to follow the steps of the video tutorial in order. You delete the original V4 in the scene before loading your new "Perfect V4".

 No we didn't forget it. :) You extracted the DAZ .zip instead of the Poser one - the DAZ .zip does not contain python scripts. To confirm this is the case, you can look at the "Inject All Fixes" icon and it'll have a "DAZ" in the bottom corner.

You'll want to delete the "XandM Perfect Complete" folder under Poses to get rid of the DAZ files (unless you use DAZ Studio too), and then extract the Poser .zip.
