We each tend to be our own worst critic, Johnny.  Tempers can flare easily around here but you have always, in my opinion, stuck around a thread to explain, work things out or try to work things out.  :)    I would definitely look into a connection with the inner ear, especially with vertigo and sound sensitivity in the mix of symptoms.   My last flight messed with my sinuses and ears and I had vertigo for almost two weeks after.  It was miserable but at least it went away.  I couldn't imagine dealing with it full time.
