the world is full of out of shape, unhealthy and obese people that all 'know' they need to eat less, stop smoking, drink less, start exercising, etc. theyre always 'planning on' starting next week, when theyre not so busy, next spring, when the right conditions are met, when the stars are in the perfect alignment, etc.
start today, or one of these days youre going to wake up and its going to be too late. i promise you you will feel much better physically, mentally and emotionally if you eat right, drink plenty of water and get some exercise.
as for the water: put 2 quarts on your desk within reach, and youll drink it unconsciously. by the time youre thirsty, or as moriador pointed out you already have a headache its far too late. you need to be drinking constantly. if your urine isnt clear youre not drinking enough.
