I'm going to start doing this with the water. That's one thing that I can do immediately at least. These are all good tips, and appreciate them. Blackhearted you're right --- I missed too much so far with these damn headaches I'm just so sick of them.
I have a little Pug Abby, but I can't really take her out because of the vertigo which sucks. I am going to try start walking two times a day at a local track near by though, even if just for excercise, and not at a fast pace.
See, before the vertigo got really bad, I walked a mile on the treadmill in the morning and at night. I got alot of weight down by doing that. Maybe I'll try it again instead of a track. . I'll just have to force myself not to focus on the feet pounding on it. Sounds like a good idea.
The other thing too that is really getting to me, is I have a decision to make about an event I want to attend really badly in November, the Comic Con for our state. The only thing is, if I can't take people talking around me in a restaurant, how can I stand crowd of people around me at a convention hall? Favorite show actors are going to be there, but I don't want to blow my money and not be able to attend the whole day events. Both Saturday and Sunday of course they have different things planned, and break my favorite actors apart across those days.
Well, time to quit excuses and get walking I guess. Time will only tell about it.....
