You might even get with a nutritionalist.  Some people have a low tolerance for wheat, gluten, etc.  I know with my autoimmune disease I feel better on a zero to low carb (no bread, wheat, gluten, dairy or sugar), slow carb (veggies) and high protein diet.  I've cut caffeine and upped my water consumption considerably (your skin will love you).  Lose or at least minimize soda, even diet!  Very big difference in my arthritis. Everyone is different and their body will respond differently to different lifestyle changes.  Experiment with cutting things out and adding them back in slowly to see what affects your health and what doesn't.  

My daughter suffers from infrequent aura migranes as well (she's 14) and I'm trying to get her to realize that what she puts in her body will affect it and minimalize it.
