As far as modeling your own clothing, you can make anything your skills permit you to.  Of course, some clothing items are very hard to rig if you try to make them conforming.  But, dynamic clothing is really much simpler on the rigging end than conforming.  However, don't let me mislead you - making clothing is no simple task.  It takes a big investment in learning the skills and a bigger investment in the talent and skills to make it work.

On the other questions, for the skin, get a really good character from the Renderosity marketplace.  There are some really lovely characters in just about every shape, size and color.

On the genitalia???????  Sorry, not a clue.  Try the renderotica web site?
