And there is not shortcut for learning your software; either devote the time to familiarize yourself with the program or spend countless hours trying to figure out why something is not working and posting endless obvious questions already printed in the manual.  Also, the forum does contain many tutorials and answered questions to just about every problem encountered.  Spend some time searching before you do post.
