I haven't seen this site and know nothing about it but it occurred to me that there are a lot of figures with large breasts based on Voluptuous Vicky/Pandora Peaks etc. These models come with "Fit To" poses for clothes.
I don't know if they are still available but the guy who made them goes by the name of Wyrmmaster, IIRC. May be worth seeing if you can find him and getting the characters.
One more thing to note: They aren't for V4, they were made for V2, Stephanie, V3 and Stephanie Petite.
For realistic looking skins, use BagginsBill's VSS and/or SnarlyGribbly's script (the name escapes me). Wetness can be gained by experimenting with the Specular or Alt_Specular channels.
As well as Renderotica, Arduino also makes realistic genitals for the models, and I believe AdamThwaites also has something similar at his own site.
