With the geografted DAZ female genitalia I always have to replace a low-rez mesh named something like 'Genesis Female Genitalia_SkinHip_63.ply' with the high-rez 'Genesis_SkinHip_63.ply' also found in Lux's 'Resourses/objects' folder, or I get a visible seam in the render.
So you could try to make a copy of the high-rez mesh, and rename it with the name of the low-rez one if you find such a double of your geografted item in your objects folder, and see what happens. MeshLab is helpful for a quick check of what's what.
Of course it is very odd that two versions of the same bodypart-geometry are used by Reality/Lux, but it's especially annoying that you have to manually replace the ugly low-rez one each and every time you set up a render containing geografted items.
Don't know if it's a DAZ 'feature' or a Reality/Lux bug though.
Cheers!
Have you tried using geometry shell?
Apply geograft to genesis. Create a shell for genesis, set its offset distance to 0 and apply skin texture
The shell is parented to genesis by default. It automaticaly follows poses, subdivision setting etc.
Hide genesis/geograft before launching Reality.
