o.O
ISTR you annoyed a lot of people by saying "pornographers don't deserve to have any human rights", rather than being critical of any particular images. Not saying you weren't critical of any renders, just clarifying why a lot of people seemed to be upset with you.
As for critical remarks and Rendo's policy, unless the policy has changed since I was a staff member, non-complimentary remarks are allowed, provided they're not inflammatory as in a blanket statement of "that's crap". Providing reasons - objective reasons, that is - as to why a piece is "crap" is the way to go, because you'd at least be able to justify your views in such a case.
I really don't know how the location of the site and the country's legal system would affect anything regarding non complimentary comments. You should remember there's something enshrined in US law that we Brits don't have; the law of Freedom of Speech. That said, this being a private site, can set whatever rules it likes regarding who says what, when and how.
BTW, I won a bet with myself regarding the identity of "luckybears". :)
I will say this, and please believe me, this is not a personal attack but a genuine view regarding some of your posts in Freestuff... You seem to have a sense of entitlement, as if your Freebies should bring some acclaim, reward, kudos and so forth. That, may I respectfully suggest, is not the reason - or should not be the reason - for giving things away. I'm very far from being Christian but there's something I believe they say about being better to give than receive, or giving without wish or hope of reward. That, I'd suggest is why you should give stuff. From generosity and the goodness of your heart.
