"Baltimore to beat Da Bears" is obviously a prediction of an imminent military engagement between Pakistan and Russia. Every one knows that the bear is a symbol of Russia, and that Balti is a Pakistani dish. It's like when Sir Charles Napier sent the telegram "Forgive me father, for I have sinned", actually referring to his conquest of the Indian province of Sindh.
