I did this using a dome converted to a light, 3 mesh lights for fill and an IBL light. I set the IBL to .03, it served to blur the dome background and add the beams of light appearing to come thru the trees.
Innocent and pregnant? Did you forget to explain to her about the birds and the bees ;)
Clever use of the lighting, and nice render!
