We eat a lot of weird things that are acceptable because we grew up with it or we are influenced by "normalcy" around us.  Hot dogs, sausages and such, for one, that I refer to as "lips and asses".  Why do they charge so much for "lips and asses"? And is it better to buy "premium" lips and asses or "low cost" ones?
