doc.. looking into this maybe being the cause of the issue... i inadvertantly moved my cam angle and discovered that the pose i had her hand was intersecting not only her hair but her head too..  so far.. with a different hands-not-in-her-hair pose.. 3 pulls from laptop and no issues
