There mind and soul is confused about what really matters.
There's no correlation between intelligence and happiness, nor between intelligence and wealth, or between kindness and happiness, nor between kindness and wealth. Nor are honesty and loyalty rewarded with either happiness or wealth.
However, there are distinct advantages in both happiness and wealth among those who are more beautiful.
So I'd say that those who alter their bodies to make them more beautiful know exactly what matters. People care about looks far more than personality. Some of us claim that we don't, but when we're tested, it turns out, unconsciously, we absolutely do.
Movie stars are rich & beautiful. are they happy ?
I know some value.
beauty ,gold ,mansions ,expensive cars, expensive jewelry ,fame etc etc.
The wise ones know what to value.
