Also, looks from here like nice work, attention to detail, on the upper portion of the ear that I can see, and compare with your reference. However, the inside part of the lower portion of the ear is off, I think.

As already noted, I also think her mouth looks to be narrower, lips fuller. But, it may just be the pout she's pulling in that one reference photo. Would need more reference photos as Tom suggests, I think.

Photos without much make-up, in lighting that helps pick out the structure of the face, ideally.

Making some black and white copies of your reference photos, in Photoshop or Gimp, or similar, might help there too, with regards picking out the structural lines?

Looks like you're reasonably close on the overall face shape though, I'd say...
