Aargh... I feel like I should know the answer. But not a scooby doo either... been racking my brains every now and then the last couple of days.

Never been to Belgium and I'm pretty poor on geography... and history... truth be told, unless I have a starting point of reference and research material (e.g. Google) on my side. He he.

So why I think I should know the answer... I don't know. I'm bloody awful on both those subjects in any sort of pub quiz, etc :laugh:

Oh well... I will await someone else guessing... or Darth revealing the answer... and then either kick myself or take comfort from the answer being obscure
