Ashley International M4 has younger custom morphs you can use as a base for teens and Santo International has a bit of scaling and some custom bodies shapes and heads. You may need a copy of Morphing clothes because the bodies are slimmer than typical M4s and vendors may not put those particular morphs in clothing. Forbiddenwhispers (who does hair and any makeup options) PA store is on sale, so those products are on sale for a few more hours.
