I do this often and have even converted conforming into dynamic and put it on another figure. Here is an example of what I've done. This was a dress for Angela and I put it on Antonia. The draping had a problem because the dress was in layers. The sleeves were something from v3 that's conforming. Some of things are easier to do than others. I have a shirt that I was able to fit Sydney, Jessi, Jessi G2, Posette, Vicky 2, Aiko3, Stephanie, and Stephanie Petite with practically no effort.
