i very often use v3 dynamic outfits on v4, svdl made a collection which i often use, just make sure if its got straps you transition it on the y axis so the straps are on top of the shoulder. i think it depends a lot on the density of the mesh, high res outfits seem to sim better than some of the lower ones, but not in every case.
