Being Bryce 5, the "Priority" of this Scenefile will come up as "Normal". Set to it to "High" for you multi-core cpu users out there.
The floor is an image texture who's Bump Channel uses just the same image as the Diffusion, which creates a VERY noisy bump, which looks horrible, so I went a created a new custom Bump Map for the floor and it is inside the zipfile (handlight_floor_bump.png) , you should really use that one instead, it creates a proper/clean bump that can be pumped up if you want/need.
