Ok, i understand how work with "Karina Ionova V4 Genitals" and EZSKin.

 

now there is the problem for lips skin.

this is the original skin for lips from builder "karina".

Poser Pro 2014 SR 1 on Windows 7 64 bit
 I use IDL, Gamma Correction and EZSkin for all final renders.
