We cannot refund an order already paid and downloaded. When you downloaded the items you accepted the merchandise and now have the vendors intellectual property.

I'm not sure of why you are asking for this refund and what issue the bank has?  The bank can send us chargeback paperwork if needed so we can resolve this with them
