Is a Poledancer/striptease scene implying or performing a sexual act?

Is manipulation of the breasts by the character him/herself allowed in a solo scene? What if the manipulation is not in a sexual situation?

What about clothing items (such as Hongyu's Dreambra morphs) that manipulate the breasts?

I agree, the images posted recently do break the rules but strictly, so do 75% of the galleries. As you have appointed yourself moral guardian, maybe you could give some clarity regarding those points raised above?
