I have two matching 20 inch Samsung LED montitors. I had to turn the brightness down by quite a bit (at least 10%) or my eyes would be melting in no time. As for angle (my monitors are about a year and a half old) I see VERY LITTLE difference whether I look at it from an angle or straight on. The only difference being that it gets only slightly darker. Only the old LED montitors had a problem with that. I think you can buy with confidence and lean back as far as you like ;).
