If you ever watched some other poser tut's they have kids and family talkin in the background, but it really is fine anyway.  Most people are their own worst critic. 

You could be in the mall, and if you are explaining something we all don't understand, and you are explaining it well, all the background noises, "um's" and "uh's" just seem to disappear.  :)
