Um, Hedd, the readme says:

"3D Female resource by 3Dream for POSER

• This 3D resource can only be used on the development of figures for POSER (with rigging/bones – cr2/crz file).
• This 3D resource can be used for commercial and/or non-commercial POSER figures.
• The use of the included OBJ file to create another resource or similar product is prohibited.
• You are free to modify the mesh of the OBJ file in any form."

I guess he's pretty clear on that. Oh well, Antonia bends alright, and she likes it in Blender...
