flashback37: I think you will need to open a support ticket, though if it's an annual membership more than a month old I'm not sure a cash refund will be an option. Christian22179: In theory changing browsers shouldn't do anything that clearing the cache and cookies doesn't - and it really shouldn't be needed in any event. But, thoery aside, I'm glad it worked.
