No it isn't the cage, exactly, but it is the outline of the base geometry. Apparently DAZ had to pull a couple of rabbits out of the hat to get Catmull-Clark Sub-D in Poser.

And it does work great too. VERY pleased with this. We've been waiting a long time ;)
