OK those shoes are weird. The feet and toes do not weight the shoes at all they are entirely weighted by the shin. When coming into Poser they are not keeping the shin weights, so are moving rigidly. I passed it on to DAZ's Devs, because it should also be weighted the way it is in Studio.
