That is a good question and a long and difficult answer.

Basically you have to use the latest DS4.5 to autofit the gen4/gen3 clothing and then save it as DUF files and create a Poser Companion File. See the online documentation for the procress

Character morph sets can be converted - again in DS4.5 - with the help (and purchase) of GenX plus addons (from Dimension3D at DAZ). It will transform your gen3 or gen4 figure in a genesis one. This one can then be used in Poser.

This is a lot of work and needs DS4.5 (because of the Poser companion files), but that is where we are now. I hope a tool gets developed which makes this a lot easier - especially by having batch facilities
