Not sure what that means?  I only have one runtime...it is on an external drive, for both DS and Poser.  What is my "DS4"?  Is that another runtime directory?

You have saved the autofitted version in DS4.5 somewhere. That is the runtime you need to have attached to Poser. It might be a different one as the one you have stored the Poser Companion files
