Can you explain what you mean by "thickness" please?
I would add finishing edges, such as sleeve edges, but I wouldn't use the Hexagon Surface Modeling>Thickness command. Doing so will create some real issues when you attempt to rig the item. Many times the "inside" polygons intersect the "outside" polygons, and the added polygons are simply not necessary.
I meant the Thickness Command, yes.
By finishing edges, to you mean just turning the ends of the sleeves in on themselves a little?
I guess my main thoughts, in this direction, are about how the hood will have both an inner and an outer surface?
