an alarming amount of rendo customers do not have a valid/up-to-date email.
when i send a customer update notification my inbox gets nuked with 'undeliverable' messages.... then there are all these crazy spam filters that require that people go through a multi-step pre-approval process rolleyes
please keep your contact email up-to-date folks :)
