Edited to add:
If you also ignore the standard conventions of joint movement - as many pose makers do, with elbows and knees moving side to side - you'll have yet more.
Someone should write a script to transfer wrist rotation to the forearm. I pretty much started ignoring other people's poses after noticing too many such anatomical anomalies.
