Hello,

The vendor has not approved your refund.  As this is a tutorial and once you have "read" it you really can't "unread" it and the knowledge from the tutorial can still be used.  The vendor feels as in the case the refund is not valid.

 

You are welcome to contact the vendor for further discussion if needed.
