silly question., but instaed of using the water plane, wouldn't it have preserved the water prop if you just set its material to water (sea water) in the reality material? - setting to glass looks good anyway, but...
...I must say that I don't think I'd paddle there, looks very dark and mysterious - as if something is lurking just below the surface! `¬)
Yes, still playing the mad scientist... I removed the fog I was playing with, as although it did add a nice haze, it detracted from the crispness of the items as well as slowing the render by a factor of two! So found an excuse to add a candle light (one of John's)... just playing with getting the right balance between reflection and transmission colour after having set the candle to matte translucent... gives a very realistic look to the light glow through the wax! `¬)
