this file made in carcad program one cad for modelling a need for speed car.....this program save in 3ds but bad file a program have a bug, and save in ascii.txt the ascii file have inside a coordinate vertex all coordinate all vertex i have see a ascii.asc from 3d studio and this file is similar more similar and if i only change a extension file other program 3dsmax interchange or softimage not import and report a error this is a file....if u want....your mail?? thanks davide
