The !DAZ folderbatch file installer will install all the morphs in the  current runtime that have not previously been added,

So, if you had all your morphs in that runtime and had already installed them via the updater, then if you added say the Elite morphs, when you ran the updater, it would ignore previous installed morphs and just add to the morph definitions the Elite morphs.

When doing a new instal of V4 to a runtime, install V4 base first, then add the morphs packs after.
