I just thought I should add you will probably want to learn to set up your own light sets for Reality/Lux (but there will probably be some base lights provided with it) because light behaves like real light **much** more so than with Poser, so Poser light sets may not provide optimum results in Lux.

I think you will find lighting to be much easier than in Poser. The image above (click to see larger size) was my first Reality/Lux render done using one light (sun). It was a simple test to see how light behaved in Lux. It's not the best render by  any means, but it does give you a good idea about how light behaves in Lux - I was pleasantly suprised with my first attempt with Lux.
