It was a fiddle.  I can walk you through it if you like but you also need a new script from taosoft. He gave one to me.

They really are useful tools.  (I'm a PC user, so it was much easier for me.)

If not for this software, I probably wouldn't be buying anything from DAZ.

I don't understand why they don't fix their order history.  They've gotta be losing a ton of sales over this, not to mention creating endless headaches for their support staff, who have to keep refunding purchases when they turn out to be duplicates.

aha but you don't even know you have duplicates. I probably have a ton of duplicates.  EVen with history manager it is still hard with the bundles to know exactly what you have and haven't got.

But seriously, I agree, they have made buying there hard work and I tend not to buy old daz orginals when on sale because I think I probably have those things.

I usually know when I have duplicates.  I download my purchases into an archive I've been using for years, and so when I get "already exists, do you want to overwrite?" I know I already have it.

Bundles have always been a problem, even before DAZ screwed up their web site.  But this page is a big help:

http://home.arcor.de/familie.reichow/3D/fwb1.html

You can just search on the item name and see if it's included in any bundles.  If it is, search your order history, and see if you bought that bundle.

Supposedly, the bundle info will be incorporated into DAZ History Manager soon.

did you make this page? It looks like it will be very useful, although if it just works by links to daz, sometimes the bundles disappear I think.

I did not make that page.  Someone else did, for the good of the community.

It's maintained by hand.  Even bundles which aren't available any more are there.

I think the page started as a thread in the old DAZ forums.  Because the old store didn't warn you if you'd already bought something as part of a bundle, there was a thread in the old DAZ forum where people listed bundles and every item in them.  When the old forums were disabled, someone took the information and put it on a web page.
