Remix is a well established artform, and widely supported even when the original content was NOT released for that purpose.

Refusing to use "free stuff", i.e. stuff that was given away just to be "remixed" and for no other reason seems contrarian.

It has often been noted that a perception exists among CG snobs/purists that if you don't model your scene, you're not a CG artist.

Me - I don't care anymore. Whatever. I make something - I don't make something - I render something and a few hundred look - who cares.
