The additional work is if you want to do a pose mat file, this is not needed in poser as we have the material room with it's own library folder, so if you just want for poser use then its just a click and save function.
I think people chose to recreate a pose mat file in the pose library folder for DAZ purposes if I remember correctly as DAZ doesn't have (or didn't have) mat files.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I seem to remember that so almost sure (it's been a long day at work and me brain may not be functioning correctly now lol)
