Greetings box-lovers. Today we have a sort of waistcoat / bolero for DAZ's Victoria 3 figure, in a style which I remember fondly from the '60s; but as they say, if you can remember the '60s you weren't really there. ;-)This project has been around - not since the '60s, but at least since 2008 when the Nancy Boots for V3 were released. I used it in the publicity shot for the boots, and in other pictures since then. All I can say is that I meant to release it as part of a complete outfit that was never finished.
The Weskit is made to conform to V3, but could probably be parented to other figures after scaling and moving since it isn't close fitting.
All morphs are best controlled from the BODY actor. There are fairly primitive morphs to open the front a little, but these will be unconvincing if over-used. Thickness brings the lining closer to the figure, while Inflate puffs out the outer surface for a sort of down-filled effect; that is, if you think it suitable for winter wear...
The Weskit was assembled in Poser 7, so you will see a warning if you load it into a previous version; this can safely be ignored. To the best of my knowledge it should work in all versions from Poser 4 upwards, and also in DAZ|Studio although I haven't tested it.
The default textures (included in the zip) are shared with the Morphography Jean Skirt, so if you've previously installed that you may get a file conflict - this can safely be ignored.
