Quote - Sorry, not for me.
I can put more on a single 8196x8196 texture map then you can put on multiple 4000x4000 maps.

No, you can't. There is no way you can get anywhere near the resolution of a multi mapped character that is UVed for print resolution. And we wont even get into what happens to it if there is any texture filtering going on at all, when you click render with one huge map rendered at a low resolution. By print resolution I am talking about 24"x36"x300dpi and up. One 8k map on a 4 to 10k figure is going to look like crap at those resolutions and higher. The math room can't make decent bump, spec, or any other type of map out of the diffuse one at those resolutions either.

Quote - There are better figures with 1/10 the Poly count.

Please, by all means clutter up the thread with far superior 4k characters you plan on giving away to the community.

Quote - If she would have been around 10K Poly's, I would have started to make corrections.
At 70K , it is not worth the time and energy.

What would you do with it after you fixed it, continue to bash it and show everyone your version? Would you give what you did to the community? Somehow I doubt that. Doing so would put you on the other side of the conversation. For as much bashing as you do on everything people give away, I don't see you giving much to the community.

If you don't like what someone took the time to create and give to the community, that's fine. But at least have some manners and realize that the Poser world does not revolve around your installation of Poser. Or the few main characters that you use in Poser.

Quote - And, PS? Poser version???
Has nothing to do with poly count, body shape or bending possibilities of a figure.

Lol, yes it does. But since all you apparently do is low poly, you must not have discovered that yet. A weight mapped high poly character (100-300k) will bend far better that anything you can do to a low poly one. If you think otherwise, you are kidding yourself. Changing the body shape to far with standard joint zones is also a problem that can be handled far better with weight mapped joints. Your not doing that in P8 and down.

I will stop before I get hit by the ban hammer...
