The dress fits sydney G2, unfortunatly you will have to re-pose Sydneys body to fit in the dress, just move the hands with ik on will fit easily.

Do you need the -.mtl file as well?

One though I had was when the body limb, eg collar, shoulder etc touchs very close or overlaps the body it causes the clothe to stick and poke throughs etc. However I will try this on the LHS and see if it works.
