as monkeycloud said, organising your content so everything for one asset is in one folder with subfolders branching off is very easy. depending on how large your runtime is you can either scrub it and start fresh, or when you install new content, install to a dummy folder first, dragging and dropping the subfolders into either the prop or figure folder.then install to your runtime( you might have to cut/copy/paste instead of drag/drop, not sure if Mac OS merges runtimes yet)

for the presently unorganized content, grab a few mins each day and organize a product or two. might take a while to do your entire runtime, but it pays in the long run with a much faster workflow.
