Select Genesis on the Scene tab, then on Parameters tab select

Actor - Upper Body - Hands - Universal - Proportions

Another reason I hate 4.5. Why couldn't they just keep all that stuff under "Shaping" where it actually makes sense?

I concur.. I had just gotten to the point where I could do my customizing fairly quick.  Now, I'm seaching every single time I want to alter something.  Gee daz.. way to fix what isn't broken.
