Subject: advanced library manager has been updated!

Attached Link: Advanced library manager - on sale for 50% off

It's the one utility I cannot be without.  I have lots of external runtimes so it is much easier to find stuff.  Also there are partial poses by right clicking on any pose in your library eg choose just legs or a hand - and it is quick and instant.

Of course the thumbnails are large and lovely.

There are just so many things this library does to speed up my workflow.

I can for example shift collect a whole folder of materials for an outfit eg shoes, top, pants, tie etc and then choose smart mat and the mats will apply to the right clothes even though they aren't selected.  I can magnetize and conform clothes to V4 all in one hit.

That's just a few of the features.

The first time you use the library it may be slow as I think it is doing some sort of indexing thing.

You know I've had this for a long time but I've never used it. Thanks for the reminder.

if u have poser pro 2012 I strongly suggest getting the upgrade whilst it is on sale.  it is a wonderful wonderful utility.  without it poser is only half a program.  It saves me hours of time.  I couldn't make my comic without it.

I already have 2.5

Let me know how it works foryou. I really like being able to select all the materials for an outfit, like shoes, socks, pants, shirt, tie all in one hit and smart mat them.  I also like being ablet conform and magenetize a folder full of clothes to my figure in one click.  I love the partial poses that it does on my normal poses.  and I love the way it finds my runtimes andmerges them together temporarily if I want.

So, if I bought the first one for Poser 8...I have to buy it again?

I have a file called Library Manager 2 in my downloads at RDNA, but I can't get it to work ;)

See, dunno what that means ;) Maybe it makes a difference if Poser isn't installed in Program Files, which you can see mine isn't. LOL If that's the case, well, that sucks ;).

That's what I love about Dimension3D's Library XL...... you get all the updates for free, and it still works with 8, Pro 2010, P9 and P2012. I had the advanced library manager also, but stopped using it, I'm not going to pay for every update they release, with every new version of Poser.

Due to the childish TOS changes, I'm not allowed to link to my other products outside of Rendo anymore :(

Food for thought.....

But the new version is like a whole new program. It has so many new features.

Soe does that mean you won't update from your current version of poser when the new one comes out?

Well one of the things that is great about this new version is that I don't need the morph follower script for genesis. I just right click at the top of the advanced library window, and all the clothes automatically fit genesis.  But the best thing about that is when I import into vue I don't get a double figure like I used to after using the morph follower script.

If I update or not depends on what's in it or not. The libraryXL update is free and it suits me fine, so I won't update. Poser, no, I don't update every version I own, some offer hardly anything new I would use, so I skip the update. I'm not a person who automitacally updates whenever something new is released. If I like the new features, you, I do update, if not, I'll use my money for something else.

Yes, well I think I need the script more because I'm trying to do a graphic novel and needing to make 1000s of pics, so any shortcuts that there are make a huge difference for me.

I love Advanced Library Manager too. I also use the Poser library at the same time. I find it very useful to be able to have two runtimes open at the same time. :)
