In Poser or Studio you can only smooth the mesh by using SubD.

If you want to have the same level of detail in Poser or Studio than in ZBrush, you either have to import the "frozen" high res mesh, or import a displacement map derived from it.

Both methods cost RAM, and in the end a (moderately) high res mesh is the easier solution for hobbyist users compared to a displacement map that needs to be created by someone else.

With out razing the polycount you could make a texture,bump,spectrum instead of a displacement map.
